I was wondering what are the differences between the Netherlands version called, "Olympic Nightmare" and the U.S. version of this movie. And how can i get the Netherlands version of this movie? Thanks!

It was probably a VHS release from the 80s. Look on eBay, but remember it will probably be PAL format.
