i had a poor quality vhs copy and couldnt tell what happened? Did the killer escape? Who fell on the trophy?
The killer is the one who falls on the trophy, She is actually a man that had a sex change, he was disqualified from the Olympics because of the operation, now as a woman he works as the schools medical officer, jealous of the potential future Olympic athletes he starts to kill them all.
At the end the final survivor trys to escape from the killer by climbing a scaffolding in the gym to exit the building via a skylight window, the killer follows and eventually falls to his death landing on the trophy.
