Error on Tartan DVD

Strange that I'm the first poster on this film? It's hardly one of Bergman's better efforts but all the same... odd.

Anyway, rented this from my local library last night. Not too keen on it, to be honest. A little dry and unengaging, although all three performances are superb.

The Tartan DVD bills the stars of this film as Erland Josaphsen, Lena Olin and - with top billing - Liv Ullmann. Throughout her (pretty electrifying) twenty minutes in the middle of the film, by far my favourite part, I was trying to work out why Ullmann looked so different - I put it down to that shocking brown bob. Only when the end credits came on did I realise it was Ingrid Thulin.. who I knew only from Wild Strawberries. Anyway, she was astonishing, and lifted the film.

Pretty poor error for a DVD series calling itself the Bergman Collection!

And I'm the first to answer, 6 years later!

Yes, quite poor error! Anyway, I watch Bergman's movies on local TV, one-per-week, chronologically. And Ingrid Thulin has been magnificent in many other Bergman's works - The Silence, Cries and Whispers, The Magician, The Rite...
