Lazy Sunday in the 90's

Movie was from 84, but I caught it while surfing on a lazy Sunday sometime in the 90's, and I believe I caught it on USA network. Had me hooked from the beginning. This and Fortress (1985) brings back memories of lazy Sundays in the 90's.
