Extremely odd co-incidence...

So kind of funny yet weird story for you all

I thought this was an adaptation of the Cloak And Dagger comic book characters by Marvel. I was wrong. And yet, there is a striking similarity...

For one, their are two main characters, one cloak and one dagger. The comic characters were introduced in Peter Parker, Spectacular Spider-Man # 62 from 1982. Now, this film contains no mention of Spider-Man, as it is not related to the Marvel comics characters of the same name...

And yet, it's written by a guy named Tom Holland.
Not THEE Tom Holland, who's... you know... famous for playing Spider-Man, but some random guy named Tom Holland.

It was based on previous movie versions of a short story by Cornell Woolrich called "The Boy Who Cried Murder".
