Great movie

I watched it many times when I was a child, now it brings back memories when I watch it. Lovely.

"Happiness only real when shared"

I completely agree. And I notice now that you can get it with English subtitles. I saw it when it first came out in 1984... no English version; but still got the general idea. It is a very complex story, of a very complex child. Pity we don't make more like this and less of the kinds we are seeing coming off the mills today. Just my humble opinion.
