I really dislike this movie, even though I loved the 1st one. There's 1000s of things that really bother me in this movie but one is this:
I Cannonball 1, Burt Reynolds was considering several possibilities for a car including a police transam and a limo with diplomatic plates, but ends up rejecting them...
Now why does he reject the idea, but later comes to use it in the next run around? Did he not think of anything else interesting?
I liked the sequel and thought it was great!

Shame on Hal Needham for either producing or accepting such a lame script.....no real jokes.....bad character portrayals with a few of the cast.....shall we go on?
It was great to see some of the original cast from the first Cannon Ball Run movie in this sequel but the script should have been written better though in my opinion.
I did think it was comical to watch though but I was a kid when the sequel came out and my sense of humor back then is a lot different compared to how it is now that I am a 38 year old man.
