Cheech Marin?

Cheech Marin is listed in this film as "Tire Store Employee". I don't remember seeing him. The only tire store employee I can think of is when the old lady went crashing through the window of what appeared to be a tire store. That is clearly not Cheech Marin in the role when he went up to the lady and asked if she was okay. Does anyone know where he is in this movie?
