Neither hide nor O’Hare…

I watched this movie for the first time recently, and while I enjoyed it immensely, something bothered me. I had been looking forward to the appearance of Michael O’Hare (best known for his sadly short - due to serious mental health problems- stint on “Babylon 5”), but failed to spot him making even a fleeting appearance. The “in order of appearance”credits list his character (“Fuller”) as appearing in the first scene in the police station, but multiple freeze-frames have failed to locate him.

So, does anyone know where (if anywhere) he makes an appearance? Were his scenes cut? If so, are they available to view anywhere?
