I mean, even the opening scene has it all. Nighttime in a grafiti-covered, damp, dirty street, covered in puddles, in what looks to be an almost post-apocalyptic ghetto-like setting. A steaming manhole cover conceals a radioactive mutant, waiting for his next victim. All this is accompanied by heavy synth music.
