The movie becomes crapper when the lady starts taking shower-spoilers ob

I finally watched this movie today but I am sure can say that C.H.U.D is not as good as those classic 80s horror movies. No wonder why I was missing this one at that time-I watched The Gate in the theatre when I was little. The odd thing is that the movie goes downhill after 1 hour seriously. It seems like some jughead took over the movie in the editing room and finished editing without watching the beginning of the movie. The shower scene. Gwad, it was the most irrelevant movie scene ever. The lady starts taking a shower, and then she finds the drain was clogged. She reaches to the hanger, unwire, and chugs it down into the drain. Then by the time she pulls the wire up, blood spews from the drain and cover the shower room and the lady. Here's the kicker, after the shower, the lady doesn't seem to care what just happened in the shower room and casually organizes flowers in the living, and watches TV. That's all. There's no other relevant follow ups. I don't think that I need to talk about such a rubbishy ending of the movie. There are many flaws in this movie. They don't even show the full figures of the monster. Just show the extreme close ups of the monsters mouth and hands. I didn't expect the movie to be perfect. It was enjoyable for a while but it's just very strange that it goes down to total crapper after one hour.

I know it was 3 years ago that this was posted but, back in the 80's, having random things spewing back out of the sewer was normal. That's why she so casually grabs a coat hanger to clear the drain.
Things are much better now.
Watch a movie with scenes in Times Square from the 70's or early 80's. It was disgusting. They really cleaned it up.

My mom was once followed for blocks in the 70's, starting at Times Square, by a guy in full bandages. Head to toe, including his hands and whole head. With sunglasses. Like the invisible man. She eventually found a Library and hid in there for a few hours. He stood outside for an hour without moving and then he wandered off.

NY was super sketchy back in the day. Seems nice now though.

I don't think any film in history became 'crapper' when a lady starts taking a shower, quite the opposite in fact.

I second this
