Highlights:

Both Mickey's father and brother committed suicide after the trial and movie.

People in Dansbury that actually knew the couple, feels as though the movie was an inaccurate portrayal of the relationship and the violence, stating that the violence was not so one sided.

One of Mickey's best friends says that the Mickey in the movie was not the real Mickey and the Mickey that he knew.

Francine, who's current last name in Wilson, has remarried and moved to Alambama.

Francine is done talking about the case and refusing all interviews.

I read that Francine herself beat her daughter after she was exonerated.
She reportedly 'blackened her daughter's eyes' for being smart-mouthed.

She also remarried ANOTHER abusive man! She let him abuse her kids, reportedly.

If any of that is true, its just like I suspected: Francine is not the innocent woman she portrayed herself to be.
The woman acted dumb enough while with Mickey, and apparently did not learn a single thing.

But got to remember the abused cycle can repeat itself and Francine was victim and later she become the abuser

Yes she was a victim but she made her own choices. Bad ones. Over & over again.

You're only a victim of domestic violence once. Then you're a volunteer.

Agree and hopefully Francine children don't become abuser like their parents.

I've also bread her kids had substance anise problems, and even her 2nd husband had hit her as well.

Exactly. Even if Francine is not as *innocent* as she claims, there appears to be plenty of evidence that Mickey was a serious psychopath.
