She did. They fell of when she and Danny were "wriggling" and she can be seen without the glasses when they are being pursued by the gunman during the "helium voices" scene.

Oh, there's also another longer scene where she's in the bathroom (with her head wrapped in a towel) sans sunglasses.

Mia Farrow invented her character's look for the movie; the big bleached blond hair, the long fake nails, the padded bra and rump.... But experimenting with it all, she felt she could really not visually make herself over into this type of tough "gun moll" woman without changing her eyes.

Mia Farrow has very wide, clear, gentle- looking eyes. They're one of her trademarks. They just did not fit the character of Tina to her satisfaction, so she covered them up.
