Horrible music!

After the ship leaves Tahiti and the Captain starts imposing more discipline . Those dramatic synthetizer notes are so lame. It almost ruins the movie.

Agreed the score is just off. It feels like we're watching a horror movie

Meh. It's not as good as the Gable version and the Brando version

The Gable version and the Brando version are good.

This film was historically more accurate.

I like the score.

Vangelis. I get why some might not not like it though. The opening music was brilliant.

it did sound a bit off. too dramatic when there was no drama.

I like the music as a stand-alone but boy was it out of place in a period piece.
