The Bounty Twilight Time Limited Edition Blu-ray

I recently bought The Bounty Twilight Time Limited Edition Blu-ray and highly recommend it to fans of The Bounty. It does not contain as many extras as the UK Sanctuary Visual Entertainment DVD
Special Edition but it does have a superb picture and the isolated Vangelis score. Both the Blu-ray and Sanctuary Visual Entertainment DVD are region free/region 0. The UK Prism Leisure R2 DVD, non-UK DVDs and the French Blu-ray are best to be avoided.

Interesting, but why don't you think the French blu-ray is it be avoided? I have one that I play in the U.S. and it's quite good. Picture is clear and beautiful.

The Twilight Time edition has more extras than the Blu-ray from France it also has two commentries and an isolated Vangelis score as well as the theatrical trailer. Plus it is region free.

I found the french version over saturated and the sound horrible.

GOD! so through it in the trash right after I bought it and kept the original Blu ray I had.
I now have the LE version and like it. not a huge improvement but it does have the commentary.

now I am wondering if my TV was the problem the day I watched the french version

Twilight blu-ray is the one to have plus the now deleted sanctuary dvd for the extras if you want to have it all :-))
