I have been looking for a certain movie for a long time now. I don't remember much as it was years ago many years ago when I saw it. I seem to remember there was a clone of the guy that was killed and possibly had something to do with his leg turning to metal. I know that is not much info but could this be that movie.
I also think I kind of remember a camera shot showing the clones standing next to each other outside of the house.

I seem to recall I saw this movie when I was way too young and it freaked me out, 'cause I hadn't seen the other movies it was alluding to in order to get the references or know that it was supposed to be a comedy.
I seem to recall there was a scene wherein a guy was murdered by a demented teddy bear with knives that came out of its paws or something? Gotta' say that tends to creep a kid out... Probably the only scene that actually stuck with me. They should really re-release it to DVD.

I think this is also the film where a guy gets killed by a telephone reciever being shoved in his mouth...but I could be wrong.
shareKenny Everett's character had a metal leg. His evil counterpart touched them together and one of them blew up! (I don't know which one - I wasn't really paying attention)
And yes, there is a scene where a man is murdered by a teddy with knives in its paws. Also Don Warrington's character answers a phone and a blade comes out through the receiver, into his mouth, and out through the back of his head.
Best one for me was the decapitation by can opener!!

I love the guy with the mole getting flushed down the toilet! (I just wish they'd had his legs twirl around on the way down.)
