Funny even without the bots.

I've only seen this on MST3k, but this film is a mess all on it's own. I almost fell out of my seat laughing when I noticed the tire tracks and the sunglasses.

explosions+one-liners+pointless plot+tearjerker scene+sex scenes=summer film

I couldn't find the sunglasses.

I love how the guy with sunglasses on notices the camera and then he dives behind a horse. That was hilarious!

I’ve got to go back and find this.

To be completely fair, mere goofs like these are seen in a lot of big studio productions as well (not that THAT excuses them).

Take Gladiator. Men in jeans.
Lord Of The Rings. The Two Towers, I think. A room changes completely when they merely switch to another camera angle.

Anyway, couldn't the "tire tracks" be tracks from WAGONS (driven by horses), if it was a particularly common route around the edge of those woods? I think we could call is a plausability, at the very least. It didn't stand out to me as a big goof. It could be explained. Obviously it was tire tracks in reality, but for the sake of the movie I think it can -- fairly -- be attributed to something that makes sense.
