First time watching this amazing movie
For the longest time, I thought I had seen this. Maybe I had it confused with the Charlie Parker movie? No idea.
Anyway, just 16 minutes in, but those outfits!
Interesting that you'd confuse this with a Charlie Parker movie. It's definitely one of my favorite Alan Parker movies growing up. Great soundtrack by Peter Gabriel as well.

Birdy was out for like two weeks where I lived but I made a point to see it because I was a fan of Peter Gabriel and I was into Pink Floyd's The Wall, which also was directed by Alan.
I like Peter Gabriel, and I recognized Alan Parker's name in the credits, probably from Angel Heart?
