Is there a part where a man tries to flush a public toilet and it wasn't flushing and he kept pushing the handle down over and over again or was that in another movie?

The religious lead flushed the toilet then the phone rang. After that, whenever the phone rang he flushed the toilet .... RING...flush...RING.... flush
