Pioneers get the arrows

Pixar fans are led to believe in Luxo Jr. being the first short from the company, which is true. However, you factor in that the Graphics Group became Pixar and the picture isn't as clear as has been written. This short is left unloved simply because the Graphics Group had a name change.

Of course had Graphics Group remained with Lucasfilm the history of computer animation would be very different. I'm simply saying that the name change is what leaves poor Andre out in the wind.
