They can stop Voltron when he does its blazing sword but they never attack Voltron when they lions are turning in to Voltron, why isn't it ever Form feet and legs then they blast them with a laser or something

the Voltron Force show that came out a few years ago addressed this. there was a Robeast that attacked Voltron as he was forming. In fact one of the kids (the brainy smart one) says he's surprised no one ever attacked Voltron like that before. In the end they ended up developing some turbo forming skill where they could form Voltron very quickly.
shareThey actually did try to attack the lions forming Voltron in one episode under Lotor's command and the blue beam of light shown around the lions as they form stopped the Robeast from entering for an attack. So yes, they did show it and they failed doing it.
