I think my first anime was Speed Racer (granted, I was born in the 80s), it was certainly the first one I had a VHS tape for. The first anime I got heavily addicted to though, that would be DragonBall Z. I did end up getting all five of the Lion Force volumes for Voltron, in addition to the Fleet of Doom movie, yet I still haven't gotten past the first few eps. In contrast to Robotech, which I also got the full run and very quickly grew to love, I just can't seem to get as hooked on Voltron.

I think it was either Ultraman or Mazinger for me. Since Voltron overshadowed all others it's kinda hard to remember.

My first anime was Battle of the Planets. After that it was either robotech or voltron. Whichever came first.

Mine was Battle of the Planets and then Voltron. In fact we used to call the Voltron Force "the old G-Force guys."

I can't remember exactly but some of my first anime series in general were Candy Candy, Speed Racer, G Force, Princess Knight, Sally The Witch, Noozles , Little Lulu, Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics, Peter Pan, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Heidi, Voltron among others.

Mine was Astroboy. Second was Maya the Honeybee although I barely remember that one. Voltron was my third anime with Robotech following up for fourth.
