Cool clock!

Whilst watching 'Final Battle' again recently I noticed a really nice looking LED clock on board one of the spaceships. It appears at the start of chapter 8; Diana is 'enjoying' some caged birds whilst talking to Pamela. The camera fixes on Pamela and behind her you can see a clock that comprises a square black frame with LEDs marking the present hour and minute. The really cool thing is the way the seconds are counted. An LED 'races' around the circular layout of the clock face and racks up an LED for each second. Have a look to see what I mean. What I really want to know is where can I get one? Who was it made by?
