Who else loved the genious character of Diana/Jane Badler?

I loved V the Original Miniseries, and I thought V The Final Battle was also very very good. I'd like to completely forget about the horrible weekly series that followed. But anyway....

Who else just loved the character Diana? Jane Badler nailed it! If they do a remake I can't imagine anyone else playing Diana. I thought she looked absolutely stunninng in The Final Battle. I still have the image of Diana shooting a Catholic priest and then pointing her gun at the Bible and incinerating it with her laser gun. Being raised in a devout Baptist family, this scene when I think about it, always brings a smile to my face.

So, someone shooting a Caatholic priest brings a smile to your face?

The evil of a fictional character brings a smile to people's face. Get the stick out of your ass already.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

I was being sarcastic dumb@ss.

Then don't be, as you merely came off as a a$$hole. In fact, you're still one.

Coming from the *beep* who replies to a post from 4 MONTHS ago?!? That's a tad bit hypocritical, don't ya think? I don't need to prove I'm not an *beep* to you. The fact that you take things on the net, word for word without using that puny brain of yours and thinking "Hmm...maybe he's being sarcastic, because otherwise if he was serious, the comment wouldn't make sense". Grow up "boy genius", you've proven that you are borderline retarded.

What does it matter when it was. Does that magically change the fact that you are being an a$$hole? Nope, not at all. I know it makes you mad, but face the fact that you are just angry that you were called out. Go on, as I can only laugh at how defensive you get over the truth.

And let's face it, anyone who disrespects the mentally impaired by using the word "retarded" as an insult is clearly an a$$hole.

Go on, foam at the mouth some more. It's hilarious.

Honestly, I'm not mad that you called me out. It just love pointing out your hypocrisies and how you're a moron. I can be pretty passionate when I describe people, but morons like yourself always interpret it as being mad. I welcome some more attempts from you so that I can go right back and counter them. It doesn't seem strange to you that you were responding to a post 4 months old just to try to respond with an insult, and someone returns the favor?

I still fail to see how the time lapse matters one bit in the world. This thread may have gotten responses had it not been for your "sarcasm" as you want to call it. Instead, it is what it is.

At least you tried to control your frothing anger this time around...I'll give you credit for that!

The OP's post was from JANUARY, my response to the OP was in JULY. Whether I posted or not, there would have been little or no postings. And the fact that you think that if I hadn't posted, there may have been MORE responses, is downright simpleminded and stupid. It is what it is because MOST didn't care to comment on it moron. If they wanted to, don't you think that there would have been a few posts in that 6 month period dumbsh!t?

I don't have anger in this topic AT ALL. I'm stunned, but at the same time amused that not only do you think in your little mind that I'm pissed at you, but that you have any logic at all. As I've stated before, it's fun to *beep* around with people like you because you take this way too seriously.

That PROVES how simpleminded you are. Case in point, period.

(Yet another thread that veers into childish name-calling. Pity.)

Anyways , back to the OP's original topic, yes, Diana RULED! She was basically Dynasty in a red alien jumpsuit: beautiful, vicious, and ambitious.

She's fascinating not just because she's so ruthless, but in that she is a central figure in the internal dissention within the Visitors' ranks. She also escapes at the end, the only evil Visitor to do so. I remember how much this frustrated me when I was 9 and originally watched "The Final Battle", but it just makes her character all the more awesome.

I can't imagine how the Diana in the remake can compare.

Thanks for getting back to the topic. I hope the new series finds a role for Jane Badler. It'd be nice to see her back on TV even after all these years.

Apparently Jane Badler is going to be in the second season of the new series as...(wait for it)....DIANA! Needless to say, I can't wait. :D

Jane was a goddess in V. Diana was such an electrifying character. Pure evil. I love how her colleagues don't realize just how dangerous she is until it's too late. Her assassination of Pamela is my favorite scene.

reply

I loved her because she was absolutely sexy and gave me many many many inappropriate thoughts. Lol
