Did anybody actually see this live on TV?

I remember seeing back when it was first released. I thought it was a cool series. Not one that I'd watch repeatedly but still fun.

I did, we thought it was creepy and cool for the time...talked about it in junior hs next day.

I liked it at the time, and there were parts that freaked me out a bit. (I was a kid). We did talk about it at school.

I was only 11 at the time, but I remember everyone talking about it at school the next day.

I didn't watch, but I pretty much knew everything going on from the discussions.

I saw the original movie and loved it. Watched the final battle and while not as good liked that as well. Still think about the scene where Jason Bernard lifts the exhaust hose and covers all the aliens in Red Dust. For me the series itself fell flat and stopped watching after about 6 or 7 episodes.

I remember the two miniseries' were talked about a lot, but the series that followed, not so much. Which is why I suppose it lasted less than a season.

No but I bought this on dvd at Walmart when the remake came out several years back. I wish I had kept it because it's worth a lot more now than what I paid for it. I think I got through maybe three episodes before I stopped. It wasn't very good at all.
