Vicky was dressed by her worst enemy

I've never seen such ugly outfits for a character in my life. It was hard to see how Jack would be attracted to a woman who dresses like this, especially after all the sexy women he was with. It's not like the character of Vicky was Amish. Even Mrs. Roper dressed better than her!

That's one thing I noticed too...even at the end of Season 8 leading into Three's a Crowd, her manner of dress was very "stiff", almost AMISH! I guess the producers were going with a more conservative type opposed to most of the "trashy" woman Jack would usually be with, making her "unique & different"...still, yikes! I think the hottest she's ever looked was in the nighty at the end of Season 8.

Her hair looked like a bad wig and the clothes? UGH looked like a man in drag.

WOW- dressing worst than mrs roper. i never thought it could be done.

They made this poor girl wear the ugliest sweaters. Tonight's episode looked like she was wearing a Judy Jetson costume. Y'know, with the rings of fabric around the arms... But that was the height of fashion at the time. Godawful ugly ass mid-1980s sweaters

Jack dated women a LOT hotter than Vicki. Makes no sense why he would settle for her!

I thought the same thing. Vikki wasn't the hottest thing and a number of girls Jack dated wasn't that hot, just looked like trash with a few exceptions. Jack really didn't have chemistry with any of his girlfriends.

I think that was the reason the producers cast Mary Cadorette in the role because she wasn't who you would think Jack would go for. And I think their chemistry wasn't too bad. Imagine "Three's A Crowd" with one of his bimbo looking girlfriends? The show would be more an embarrassment.

Those shoulder pads in every episode drove me crazy! Janet dressed the best for the last season-very conservative, business-like but yet appealing and a style that could be worn today. Vicky dressed like the 80's

reply

Those great big shoulder pads were THE style at the time .... unfortunately! 

Vicky and Larry wore the ugliest blouses / shirts. And to think, they were supposed to be wearing the trendiest outfits.

Fashion designers of that era should be ashamed of themselves.
