Help with a Song 'Singing and Swinging'

There is a song that I loved that Sharon, Lois and Bram sang on the elephant show, but I don't think they ever recorded it on a cd. It appeared on the beginning of an episode and they were in an apt. with several of the kids. It goes something like. "The singing and swinging will soon be over, soon be over, soon be over/The singing and swinging will soon be over...all over this land. All over this land my children, all over this land. All over this land my children all over this land" (land might actually be town, not sure) As the song progressed, other words were put in the place of singing and swinging, Also it may be spelled singin' and swingin', not sure. If anyone remembers this song or episode or can tell me the name I would appreciate it. I love this show! I wish it was still on. I would sooo watch it...and I am 23! :) I loved them all, but Lois was my favorite! THANKS, Heather
