The song is titled "Apple Picker's Reel"
It actually was on two episodes of the Elephant Show
Once in Season 2: Pioneer Village
and in Season 3: Who Stole the Cookies?
Luckily, both these episodes are available on VHS:
Pioneer Village is on: Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elphant Show Volume 9: Out & About
Who Stole the Cookies is on two VHS: one of the same title and the other on "Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elephant Show Volume 1: Mysteries"
