Who distributed this show?

Anyone know? I'm curious as to what distribution company acquired the show when it first surfaced on Nickelodeon in 1989 and other parts of the world. I can imagine Viacom International (Now CBS Television Distribution) (parent company of Nickelodeon) distributing it, like they did with another Nick Jr. show, The Adventures of the Little Koala.

You realize any search engin would bring up that CBC Canadian Broadcast Corporation and TVO TVOntario made the television series. 4 years later you get the answer. There is a long list of classic kids shows that were made in Canada and then licensed by Nickelodeon.
