help!

Im trying to remember if this was one of the shows i watched as a kid. all i remember is that it was on in the 80s about robin hood, and i remember will scarlet for some reason had a falling out with robin, and i disctnitly remember that will was the best witb the sword, even better than robin. is this that show? i loved that show and one where the pirate ghost helped this miami kinda guy solve crimes and he had an awesome stealth boat?
