Type of Boat (The 'Riptide')?

She's a 1939 Elco Motor Yacht. Currently named Southwind, she's been fully restored and still lives in SoCal.

They also had a 23' Wellcraft Scarab which they used for chases and such. When they weren't filming it sat on a trailer with no cover on a lot nearby the King Harbor Marina. It was sad to see it wither away.
