When is this show getting a blu ray set and a complete series DVD set?

Barney Miller's Complete Series set is good but where's Night Court Complete Series they Need To Show this Series More Love the MOD Seasons are pricey and the quality isn't as good as the first 3 seasons

I'm pretty sure it was shot on video, so a blu ray release wouldn't do THAT much. BUT, if they went back to the original tapes and digitized them it would hopefully look a lot better than it normally does.
