Ep. where Gonzo takes the wheels of Skeeter's skateboard

I just thought of that scene today...where they were having a sort of trial and Skeeter told Gonzo to ask before he took the wheels off her skateboard again, and he either couldn't get them off or couldn't put them back on. Does anybody remember what episode that was?
