2008?!?! And Still No 80's Mike Hammer??

Febuary 1st..
as of today (Friday) i can see that we are fortunate enough to know on next tuesday (the 5th) that we can pre-order show's like "Beauty And The Beast - The Final Season" And "Go Diego Go!!" BUT STILL NO 80's MIKE HAMMER!!!
I Know that producer's, extra's, stuntpeople, chicks with big jiggly big-uns, etc who worked on the show way back when check IMDB just like the rest of us.. Someone should pipe in and drop some clue's to what they know, and when (If Ever) we'll get a release.. I need something to watch beside's all of the Politically Correct crap on TV today.. AND Who wasnt doing cocaine in the 80's?? Who cares if stacey keach got thrown in jail.. Every other episode Mike was getting locked up!! Stacy Keach probably got set up by "slime-balls" and after he got out he investigated, slept with 6 chicks, shot 4 people and solved the mystery.... But the public just dosent know.. seriously..

I'm with ya Mark. I am still hangin' on to the few of the 1980's episodes that I recorded onto my old Bedamax VCR! the darn things still to me, are better episodes than even the 1991 series, although I do think they did a great job with the quality of that DVD set. We Hammer fans have just that 26-episode season, and the two movie Double-Set DVD of Murder Takes All & More Than Murder - why nothing else, after all these years? There are many episodes I never did get to see, including Mike finally getting to meet "the Face"... Most of us are hanging on the edge of our seat to get those original gems onto quality DVD. I even taped the other 2 movies - Murder Takes All and Return Of Mike Hammer and made 'em into DVDs myself. Watching all four of those feature-length movies makes for one incredible marathon of Hammer! I love Stacy Keach's role the best by far - and I think Spillaine did too. -John
