Is the Mill Creek blu ray set region free?

I want to get this and the newly announced Quantum Leap set but Im in Australia. I have a North American PS3 but it would be nice if I didn't have to worry about diggiing it out to watch these. Can anyone confirm if they're region free as I've heard Mill Creek usually is.
