Not too bad

On the suggestion of another poster here, I watched Master of the Game. I thought it was okay. The Africa story was the best part, though. After that, it became quite soap opera-ish. I wish they'd used a different actress to play the young Kate Blackwell, but Dyan Cannon did what she could with that part. Her granddaughter Eve was truly evil. I also thought that Tony should have realized that his mother was manipulative and struck out on his own, but hey, that's the story.
