Does anyone know when Mr. Charleson was diagnosed with AIDS? My main point is was Mr. Lunghi ever thought to be at risk from their onscreen kisses like Linda Evans was from Rock Hudson?

He was found to be HIV+ in 1986 and was not symptomatic until the autumn of 1988.
