Love (as she was billed back then) was one of the stars during the 1989 and 1991 seasons. (A bit of trivia - the show was not in production in 1990.)

Shanice was a dancer - stood behind the keyboards - for half of the first season back in 1984.

Scott Wolf did a guest appearance in a 1991 episode, playing twins.

Mario Lopez was also an original cast member - he was a dancer who sat behind the drums during the concert performances. He was on the show during the 1984, 1985 and 1986 seasons.
