Fife and Drum Song--- please help!

Can anyone ID for me the name of the fife and drum song that pops up several times in the show? It's a catchy little tune played by the British infantry, any time they march.

The first incidence is when the regulars march up to the reinforcement of Washington's Fort Necessity, almost immediately before the French and Indians attack.

The second is when Lafayette and Laurens are spying on the British column, just before reporting to Washington right before the Battle of Monmouth.

The third is during the Battle of Monmouth, when the British infantry make their advance on the American lines.

The title of the tune has eluded me since I was little, and I saw it for the first time.

Can anyone help?

I'd have to watch the movie again to ID a 1 played by the British (I need to sometime, if only to make my husband see it!).

But the "theme" of the RevWar portion seems to be "The Rose Tree", which is played ALOT over the rebel soldiers.

don't know if its the same one, but the one played at cornwallis' surrender is "the world turned upside down"

trashing books is like the Special Olympics even if you win & burn them all you are still a retard.

I realize this is a very old thread, but the name of that song is "York Fusiliers". Hope this helps.
