Fresh Fields On DVD

Does anyone know why Fresh Fields has never been put out on DVD?

...Much less on VHS? The only occasional copy that appears on Amazon UK is almost US90...some PBS stations are still showing it...when you ask them via email if they have copies available, they either say its "live feed" which it cant possibly be, or that they dont still have their copies...if they can release "Allo, Allo" and "Are You Being Served?" on dvd, and vhs, why not this wonderful series?! I most recently saw it being shown on Sunday afternoon, in Honolulu, Channel 11, their PBS station...before, that it was being shown in the Washington DC area in the early 90s on their PBS station...havent seen it here in FL yet...

Maine PBS is broadcasting starting tonight. I had never heard of it before seeing it in the listings today. It is thankfully replacing the over-exposed Keeping Up Appearances.

I have all Fresh and French Fields, 1-4, 1-3, on NTSC R1.

Just watching it. Almost idyllic -the kind of life most of us would like. She was beautiful,talented,and I like the Lucille Ball comparison. In fact,why isn't she Dame Julia?
