Missing scene

yo, i just bought the "complete" dvd first season of the five mile creek trilogy. being a loyal fan myself, i noticed that the first scene of the third episode had been cut out. that scene where cameron, with camel in tow, stumbles upon kate reading poetry to hannah and sam. that episode was my favorite and i was quite disconcerted to see it tampered with. they didn't even make the editing smooth. did anyone else notice this....or was mine a bad copy?
