Opening Credits...

I'm almost ashamed to admit that my wife and I stole the opening credits idea from this show for part of our wedding video. We were both kids when this show was on, and even though we lived in different countries, we were both very fond of it.

My wife did some modeling in Japan (half Japanese), and I joined the Army right out of high school and ended up in a Ranger Battalion. So for the beginning of our wedding video, we had the "Holding out for a Hero" song playing and the video flashed between pictures of she an I, doing almost the same thing, but for different reasons.

Showed me putting on my uniform, cut to her putting on a dress. Showed her putting on her makeup, cut to me putting on face paint. Her putting on heels, me lacing my boots. On and on. It turned out pretty good, and we never told anyone where we stole the idea from ;)
