What happened to Shiley Gilroy SPOILERS!!!

Please tell me!!! I missed quite a few eps!!!;-)

From memory she was killed in a plane crash.

That's right. In 1992 she was killed in a plane crash. It's a very sad episode. Frank hears about a plane crash on the radio while he's gardening and hopes it wasn't Shirley's plane, but later finds out it was.
