I am sure it wasn't Pee Wee. They were not going to shell out big bucks to license audio from that show for a small scene like that.
It reminds of when that fat white woman made a parody of the cosby trial...and in it she misrepresents the music she plays as if it is music from the cosby show...but that music is fake and it was meant to fool the naive public who are expected not to notice its fakeness. To the average person, they will probably be too stupid to notice that the fat woman is fooling them.
Yes, of course it wasn't actually pee wee, but someone based on his character since his show was widely popular at the time. I was just pointing out that Cosby might have been taking a jab at pee wee's playhouse to elude how crazy his show was.
