Entertainment shows like ET or E!, when they would do shows with gay themes (especially during the height of Will & Grace popularity), never mentioned Brothers - at all! Anyone know why? It got several awards, the CABLE-ACE at that time the Emmys didn't give out awards to programs (series) airing on cable.
Really liked this show it was one my must see along with Cheers and all the other NBC programs of the era.
Growing up, this was a fav show of mine. Even though I was young...about 7, I enjoyed this show a lot. I would definitely buy the dvd set if this was ever released!

and why are the cast only listed at a couple of episodes each? I wrote the channel about it and the person excitedly replied that it was coming back, but it was a movie. They caught the error before I even saw the first email. I wish they'd show it too. It was ahead of its time.
shareWay ahead of its time. It's funny that even in 2008, there aren't really alot of well rounded gay characters as Donald and Cliff or even Jodie in "Soap".
