Another year, another xmas household screening
Pure magic. I almost cry when it's over.
I first saw an abridged version on Nickelodeon back in December of 1990. Since then my well worn vhs tape gets it's annual airing. Christmas wouldn't be the same without it. Now I have the complete DVD version...
There should be more programmes in this vein, instead of the tripe that passes for entertainment these days.
Couldn't help myself...
I've been watching it already this year *wears awkward look and stares at shoes*
Should I sign up for DA - 'Delights Anonymous'?
Just finished watching it. One of my favourite christmas traditions!!!
Julius Caesar: Infamy, infamy. They've all got it in for me.
This is one of my dvds which I watch over and over..
a "comfort" movie, if you will. I try to hold off around
November and December so I can watch it at Christmas time
without having that "just seen it" feeling.
I'll be reading the book just before Christmas as well.
Another great is the old BBC The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.
It's a must watch every year, my sisters bought the video then 2 years ago we got the DVD. I miss the childrens drama which the BBC used to make
share
