Could They Ever 'remake' Auf Wiedersehen, Pet?

I wouldn't be surprised if this happens one day. Of course, it would be wrong but it would be interesting to see what the producers could try. It would also be interested to se if it would still be set in the 80's or now with the recession a factor of the lads getting together.

As for actor's playing the roles - I could see Christopher Eccleston playing Oz (although he's a bit too old now)

Of course they could "remake" the series. And I'm afraid to say that they will do so one day.

Of course, they SHOULD NOT do it. The series has been over since Gary Holton has died. I cannot imagine seeing anybody else playing "Wayne" but Gary.

Perhaps they should try something else instead? Another series or film with other characters and other stories...

No way should they ever remake such a classic sitcom. It wouldn't be the same with different actors. Anyway today's tv is made up from reality shows which aren't worth watching. I was fortunate to off been born when tv was great. ..
