Thoughts on a Airwolf Movie

How about Airwolf crossing over with Street Hawk Thunder in Paradise & Knight Rider(maybe) in a movie?

How about that kid in the Twilight movies, the one who squints all the time and bears his abs/torso plays Stringfellow Hawke's son and he is asked to look for his lost Uncle Sinn Jinn by his father. You could also have Michael Jan Vincent reprise his role as squinty eyed Stringfellow Hawke; although he could be drunk as a lord having been driven to drink over the inability to find Sinn Jinn.

We could have a father-son relationship where the son hates his father for not being there for him and being a drunk and is raised by Ernst Borgine whom he thinks is his grandfather.

By accident, the son stumbles upon Airwolf. Naturally the alphabet soup government agency that created airwolf in the first place wants Airwolf back to help create the next batch of helicopters, but the son steals it on a "joyride" and for some reason goes to Vietnam to look for Sinn Jinn.

The US government then sends apaches and other military helicopters to chase him down and recover Airwolf. Various dog fights with superior/modern military helicopters build up to the the son finding out that the government not only knew of Sinn Jinn's location, but conspired his deep cover role. A conspiracy that could cause a lot of problems and awkward questions.

Soon the head guy realizes that the price of keeping the secret is much higher than Airwolf and goes above and beyond his orders to shoot it down at any cost.

Hawke's son, unable to find Sinn Jinn in Vietnam finds his female CIA contact, presumably his wife or something, and she explains that Sinn Jinn was in America and has been for the past 10 years.

Back in America, the head guy orders 3 of the best pilots to go and take out Airwolf, and then telephones somebody on the phone and simply says "you have clearance to go. just make sure she's up in the air".

Somewhere near the Grand Canyon, Airwolf's base is destroyed as a way of smoking out the stolen aircraft; behind one the ridges appears Airwolf and a dogfight between the 3 pilots occurs, all three shot down.

Frustrated and angry, he realizes the only way to get answers is to go to the top.

Finally a dog fight occurs and the pilot of the Airwolf 2.0 is none other than his uncle, Sinn Jinn.

Turns out Sinn Jinn didn't get kidnapped by the Vietnamese, he was part of an exchange to the Red Chinese in return for high-level US agents and proceeded to become a high level agent, and was working in league with for-profit defense contractors on both sides as well as feeding both sides mis-leading information.

In the end some kind of dog fight occurs and Airwolf wins; the son buries his Uncle and the conspirators are arrested or run away for a sequel.

I guess that by "Sinn Jinn" you mean "St. John"?
