Lonestarr,I am assuming you have seen the previous 3 seasons? Imagine an Airwolf without String, Dominic and Archangel/Caitlin and most importantly The Lady-except in stock footage-I don`t think they even had use of the full sized Airwolf mock up and maybe, just maybe, you can imagine how bad season 4 was. The budget must have been awful for the season and although the cast did as well as they could, it was doomed to failure. I loved this show when I was growing up and Jan Michael Vincent was exceptional in the lead role-pity the demon drink and other problems took it`s toll. A real waste of talent.Lonestarr,a bit of friendly advice--leave season 4 alone, it's for the best---but if you end up watching it, I tried my best!

True. JMV was a great talent, couldn't imagine Airwolf without him. He almost made the show. He was like the Luke Skywalker of the show in that he embodied the whole thing and mainly known just for that role.

I'm watching Season 4 now. Netflix has all 4 seasons .
Yes, the low budget quality shows, even in the opening and closing credits . But the stories and the characters seem to pick up their game midway through the season. Plus it has William B. Davis ( Cigarette Smoking Man from the X Files) pretty much playing as type ( a government suit ), lol .
I can't imagine Airwolf without Stringfellow, Dom and Archangel.
Season 4 must suck by default.

Without the principals from the first three seasons, it was a miserable failure.
shareI agree, Season 4 did not work. You should check out the series of stories posted by Rachel500 on Fanfiction.net under TV Shows / Airwolf. They start before Season 4 events & continue through using the same basic framework with elements from both casts but give a much more satisfying storyline.
shareI remember watching the first episode as a teenager. I knew it was bad right from the opening credits. It was just stock footage. And if I remember correctly, Dominic was replaced by a stand in who was filmed from behind. I didn't watch any other episode since.
