came into the dressing room before the show. I know that by this time things were not good between them- but wow. I wish there were more backstage scenes!!
Legally it lasted until 1980, yeah, but the marriage was effectively over by this time or not much later. They more or less stoped living together ca 1974.
Although they both were unfaithful, she had a child with another man somewhere in the mid-seventies. The child, a girl, has a MySpace account now, and she keeps the surname Bowie, even though David isn't her father.
Pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space 'cos its bugger all down here on Earth.
If anyone is fortunate enough to score a copy of The 1980 Floor Show (Midnight Special program on American TV), watch the acoustic version of "Space Oddity" that Bowie and Ronson perform. When David sings the line "Tell my wife I love her very much..." he glances to the side and winks at someone offstage...I can only assume it was Angie. I thought that was so sweet.
